VibeVoice for ComfyUI – Setup and Workflow
This version of VibeVoice runs directly inside ComfyUI. It transforms scripts into fully narrated multi-character conversations using natural, consistent voices. Perfect for podcasts, roleplay scenes, story narration, and long-form dialogue content.
It can generate up to 90 minutes of continuous audio in a single run. Each speaker keeps a stable tone and personality across the entire recording, making it ideal for long scenes or multi-part conversations.
This setup includes everything needed plus an optimized workflow you can load directly into ComfyUI. No configuration required.

How to Set Up
- Extract the folder anywhere outside your ComfyUI directory
- Double-click VibeVoice-ComfyUI-Install.bat
- Start ComfyUI
- Load the workflow from: workflows/vibevoice
