Our Position

Cognibuild LLC ("Get Going Fast") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Get Going Fast does not host, store, mirror, or redistribute AI model files, model weights, training datasets, or third-party project files; our setup guides point users to those directly from official upstream sources under those sources' own licenses. If you believe content we host or link to infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice using the process below.

Filing a Copyright Notice

To report claimed infringement, send a written notice to our designated contact (below) that includes all of the following, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example, the page URL on getgoingfast.pro).
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to, or revise references to, allegedly infringing material we control where appropriate.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the contact above that includes your signature; identification of the material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate, without notice, the accounts or access of users who are the subject of repeated valid copyright complaints or who we determine are repeat infringers.

Outputs Created With Local Tools

Software referenced on this site runs locally on the user's own hardware. Outputs generated by third-party tools are created on the user's system and are not hosted or generated on Get Going Fast servers. Users are responsible for the content they create and for using it lawfully.
