This Privacy Policy explains how Cognibuild LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information for GetGoingFast.pro, including member accounts, downloads, support threads, appointments, gift memberships, and purchase recovery.
Get Going Fast does not use member account data, payment records, support messages, appointment notes, or download recovery data to train general-purpose AI models. If that ever changes, this policy should be updated before that processing begins.
We use cookies and signed session data to keep members logged in and to determine membership tier access. Some static pages currently read limited account/tier information from the signed cookie to display the correct member controls. Do not share your device or account credentials with someone who should not access your membership.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives payment details and related transaction information needed to process subscriptions, one-time payments, refunds, receipts, fraud prevention, and tax/payment compliance. We store Stripe reference IDs and limited payment metadata, not full card numbers or card security codes.
We may use service providers such as Stripe, WordPress/hosting providers, email providers, Discord, analytics providers, and security tools. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to us and to you.
We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, this policy and site controls should be updated before that activity begins.
We keep account, membership, purchase, support, download, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle support and billing disputes, prevent fraud, maintain business/accounting records, comply with law, and enforce our Terms. Login-link and claim-link tokens are stored as hashes and expire. Some records may remain after cancellation where needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing memberships@getgoingfast.pro. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or service-continuity reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights such as the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to delete certain information, the right to data portability, the right to opt out of certain sale/sharing or targeted advertising uses, the right to limit certain sensitive information uses, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
If we send marketing emails, we will provide an opt-out method. Account, billing, security, support, and transaction emails may still be sent when needed to provide the service.
GetGoingFast.pro is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We use access controls, signed authentication data, password hashing, Stripe-hosted payment checkout, and site security tools to protect information. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, so users should also protect their passwords, devices, and email accounts.
The site is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and by service providers in other locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
