Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use GetGoingFast.pro, including memberships, guides, tutorials, support, documentation, and any referenced third-party AI software. It works alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Use Notice, and Software Disclaimer. By using the site or any materials it provides, you agree to this AUP.

General Principle

Get Going Fast is a general-audience AI education and workflow site. It is not an adult-content site and is not a hosted AI generation service. You may use our materials only for lawful, ethical, and consensual purposes, and you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws on intellectual property, privacy, publicity, likeness, voice, synthetic media, and deepfakes in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Get Going Fast materials, support, guidance, or referenced third-party tools to create, request help creating, distribute, promote, or facilitate any of the following:

• Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of any real person.
• Any sexual content involving minors. This is strictly prohibited, will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and results in immediate termination.
• Impersonation or misuse of a real person's face, voice, likeness, or identity — including face swaps, voice cloning, or other synthetic media of a real, identifiable person — without that person's clear, informed consent.
• Deceptive synthetic media intended to defraud, scam, spread disinformation, manipulate elections, or otherwise mislead.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, or extortion.
• Defamation or content that violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
• Intellectual property infringement, including infringement of copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
• Any unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful activity under the laws that apply to you.
• Attacks on technical systems, including malware distribution, unauthorized access, circumventing access controls, scraping protected content, or overloading or reverse engineering protected systems.

Voice and Likeness Tools

Some referenced tools can clone voices or transfer faces and likenesses. You may only use these capabilities with source material you own or have explicit permission to use, and only to depict people who have consented. Do not use these tools to impersonate real people, public figures, or private individuals without their consent.

Your Responsibility

Tools and outputs run locally on your own hardware. Get Going Fast does not generate, host, or store the content you create. You are solely responsible for what you make and how you use it, for obtaining any required consents and licenses, and for complying with the terms of any third-party software and models you set up.

Enforcement

We may refuse support, suspend or terminate accounts, remove references or links, and report activity to law enforcement or affected platforms for any actual or suspected violation of this AUP, for security risk, or for unlawful activity. We may act with or without notice.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe a tool, guide reference, or upstream source is being misused, or if you are a rights holder, platform reviewer, payment processor, or hosting provider with a concern, contact memberships@getgoingfast.pro. We review concerns promptly and remove or revise references when appropriate. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

Changes

We may update this AUP. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated AUP.
