SVI ComfyUI Workflow

SVI is a simple but surprisingly powerful workflow designed for fast short-form video generation in ComfyUI.

The example video above was generated at 480×256 and took just under 10 minutes to complete. The consistency across frames is especially impressive for a workflow this lightweight.

This workflow was tested using the FP8 version of wan2.1-14b-480p, which significantly improves generation speed while maintaining stable results.

To use this workflow, download svi-shot.safetensors and place it in your LoRA folder. Any additional required files are listed directly inside the workflow.

Note: A Get Going Fast model manager for SVI may be released later for Farm Hand members.
