Phantom – Consistent Video Generation

Phantom is a unified video generation framework designed to keep subjects consistent across frames. It works with both single and multi-subject image references and is optimized for accessibility.

This ComfyUI build, courtesy of Kijai, is quantized so it runs on more modest GPUs. You do not need a massive 48GB VRAM setup to experiment with consistent video generation.

What Phantom Does

Phantom aligns text, image, and video data to preserve identity, especially useful for generating consistent people across an entire clip. It builds on existing text-to-video and image-to-video backbones while adding cross-modal alignment for stability.

How To Use

  1. Extract the zip outside your ComfyUI folder and run the setup
  2. Launch ComfyUI
  3. Load the workflow from .\workflows\phantom
  4. Set up any missing nodes when prompted

It is not ultra-HD cinema yet, but it is a big step forward for accessible and consistent video generation.
