FAQ

What is a descriptor model?

A descriptor model converts an image into clear language that captures textures, emotions, composition, and atmosphere. These details become the building blocks that generative AI uses to reconstruct or enhance visuals. In practice, a descriptor model performs the opposite function of a diffusion model. Instead of creating an image from language, it extracts the language blueprint from the image.

Why does detailed description matter?

Strong descriptive output provides a richer understanding of visual content. This can improve dataset labeling, aid creative writing, support analysis, or provide clear references for generative workflows.

Does it work across all types of content?

Yes. Beta 1 handles a wide range of material with consistent, context-aware output.
