HunyuanPortrait brings still images to life by syncing them with the facial movements of a source video. It offers a glimpse at the direction portrait animation is heading. While not perfect, it can deliver surprisingly expressive results and might even become one of your favorite tools.
The software requires a CUDA enabled GPU. Testing was done on a 24 GB NVIDIA 3090. Performance varies based on your hardware.
